What happens if I arrive after the office has closed ?top ↑

If you know in advance that you will arrive after our closure time (19.00 on Saturdays in the winter season) we ask you to contact us so we can take into account. Please note that if you need bed linen, it is imperative to phone our office, so that the apartment will be ready upon your arrival.

When you arrive after our closure time you will find next to our entrance, in the vitrine, a plan of Veysonnaz with a personal envelop. In this envelop you will find the key of your chalet or apartment. If you have ordered bed linen or other matters, then we have bring these to your chalet or apartment.

We kindly ask you to come the next following day to complete your check-in.
 

What do I need to know for my check in ?top ↑

Deposit
During your check-in we will ask you to leave a deposit for your chalet or apartement. You can pay the deposit in Swiss franks or Euro's and next to this you have also the possibility to make a copy from your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The deposit amounts for chalets and four and five star apartments: CHF 450,- or EUR 300,- and for two and three star apartments: CHF 300,- or EUR 200,-

Tourist tax and remainging costs
You are also obliges to pay the tourist tax and eventually ordered towels, bed linen or other remaining matters. These costs amounts:

- Tourist tax for adults: Sfr. 2,- per person per day
- Tourist tax for children to 16 years: Sfr. 1,- per person per day
- Single bed linen: Sfr. 15,- per stay
- Double bed linen: Sfr. 22,- per stay
- Bathtowel: Sfr. 3,- per stay
- Kitchen towel: Sfr. 2,- per stay
- Baby crib: Sfr. 30,50 per week
- Baby chair: Sfr. 21,- per week
- Hotel service: Sfr. 56,- per person per stay
- Final cleaning: Sfr. 90,- to Sfr. 360,- per stay

For four and five star apartments and chalets the final cleaning is obligatory and these costs must be paid also during your check-in. The costs are depending on the type of apartement or chalet and are from Sfr. 120,- to Sfr. 360,-.

Currency changetop ↑

You can change your pounds till GBP (£) 350,- or euro's till EUR (€) 500,- directly from our reception. For amounts higher then these you can go to bank 'Cantonale du Valais', next to our office. The bank has also an automatted teller machine (ATM).

 

Housekeepingtop ↑

The desk is to be found in our reception. The concierge deals with the inventory and any technical problems that may arise in your apartment. Our maintenance service possesses keys to all apartments and can carry out any necessary repairs during your absence, so as not to disturb your stay.

 

What do I need to know for my departure?top ↑

Upon arrival you will receive a form «Departure control». Please complete the form and leave it with the concierge at least 2 days before you are due to depart, so that a meeting can be arranged for the control (according to availability).

For departures outside the opening hours, please see the backside of the form (also with regards to your deposit). Don’t forget to put the keys in our post box outside the office. A key costs, depending on the sort, between the CHF 65,- and CHF 20,-

Internet access and WiFi pointstop ↑

You will find internet access and WiFi points (for your laptop) at the following places:

- Bar Barloucâ, WiFi point
- Hotel Chalet Royal, WiFi point
- Bar Le Pub, computer with internet access and WiFi point
- Restaurant La Tanière, computer with internet access

 

Messagestop ↑

Only in case of emergency you are contactable by our VIP office, tel. + 41 (0)27 208 55 44 – fax + 41 (0)27 208 55 00. The message received will be forwarded with the minimum delay.

 

Laundry roomtop ↑

There is a laundry room in each building, generally in the basement or on the ground floor. You can acces the laundry with your appartment key. The electricity is switched off between 10.45 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.

Most of the chalets have a drying- and washing machine. If you do not have one you can always use the laundry room underneath our office.

 

Ski roomtop ↑

In nearly all buildings there is a ski room, which you can open with the key from your apartment. To avoid any problems please keep this door locked. Bureau VIP SA declines all responsibility in the case of theft or breakage.

 

Garbage bintop ↑

You can leave your rubbish in the garbage rooms, which you can find at the following places.

- Next to building M, opposite hotel Magrappé
- Building E, next to the bakery
- Opposite building W and restaurant Greppon Blanc
- Under building V, in front of the entrance to the parking garage
- Underneath the buildings R and S
